Why Flat Rates
Towing calculations vary by call. They typically include enroute mileage, tow mileage, service fees and special equipment fees (where applicable). This makes it complicated for you as a customer. Flat rates are a simplified solution to cut through that confusion. While it cannot be implemented in every circumstance, it is a good in town option.
