Refund & Cancellation Policy

A full refund for services NOT rendered will be issued if:

• A call is canceled by the customer WITHIN 10 minutes of request on all ETAs of 15 minutes or greater.
• ETA's of less than 15 minutes can be cancelled anytime prior to arrival of service provider.
• A call is cancelled by the service provider through no fault of the customer.

Refunds will automatically be issued and can take 1 -5 business day depending on your bank.

A partial refund minus a cancellation fee for services NOT rendered will be issued if:

• A call is canceled by the customer AFTER 10 minutes of request on all ETAs of 30mins or greater.
• A call is cancelled after the provider arrives on scene.

Cancellation fees are based on enroute miles. See cancellation fee schedules below. No refunds are issued for service already rendered.

Towing Cancellation Fee Schedule:

• 0 to 15 miles    - $20
• 16 to 30 miles  - $35
• 30+ miles   - 5% of total bill.

Roadside Cancellation Fee Schedule:

• 0 to 15 miles    - $20
• 16 to 30 miles  - $35
• 30+ miles will be charge enroute mileage costs

By requesting service from Rivers Edge Roadside, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand and agree to refund and cancellation policy. Furthermore, you agree that charges will be paid by you or other responsible parties and agree to a lien placed on your vehicle if payment is not received.
